The Chelsea number one is happy to help the Blues ease to an 11th straight Premier League win

Thibaut Courtois has hailed Chelsea’s record-equalling 11th successive Premier League victory at Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues shot stopper kept his third successive Premier League clean sheet in the London derby as Diego Costa scored a first-half header to net his 13th goal.

Chelsea have won their 11th successive Premier League victory to leave the west London side nine points clear of Liverpool and Arsenal in the title race.

Courtois has kept more clean sheets than any other Premier League goalkeeper in the 2016-17 season.

And the Belgium international took to Instagram to celebrate the west London side’s record-equalling 11-game winning run.

Courtois posted the above photo on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:

“Always focus on the ball ⚽️👀! Happy with our win and current form! Come on Chelsea 🔵⚪️ Thanks to our fans for the great support today!! 👏🏻👏🏻”

Courtois was part of Chelsea’s title-winning side in the 2014-15 Premier League campaign.

The Belgian shot stopper usurped Petr Cech as Chelsea’s number one after his return from a three season-long long spell.
