Michael Owen states his prediction for Tottenham v Hull

Michael Owen is backing Tottenham to get back to winning ways in the Premier League on Wednesday against Hull

Michael Owen is backing Tottenham to get back to winning ways in the Premier League with a comfortable home victory over Hull City on Wednesday night.

The Lilywhites suffered a disappointing 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday after Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored the only goal of the game in the first half of the Premier League clash.

Spurs will be keen to get back to winning ways and get their Premier League title bid back on track as they look to go one step further than they did last season.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men are the heavy favourites to beat Hull City at White Hart Lane on Wednesday night.

And former Liverpool striker Owen has admitted that he cannot envisage anything but a win for the home side against the Tigers.

Writing in his column for BetVictor, Owen said: “Hull have lost their last five away from home in the Premier League and I can’t see past another defeat for the Tigers on the road at White Hart Lane.”
