Daniel Sturridge looked like he was enjoying himself on Christmas Day ahead of Liverpool's clash with Stoke

Daniel Sturridge took to social media to give his followers a glimpse into his Christmas Day as he and his Liverpool team-mates took a break from their preparations for their clash against Stoke on Tuesday night.

The Liverpool striker will be hoping to be involved when the Reds take on the Potters at Anfield looking to continue their good form in the Premier League.

Liverpool secured the three points in the Merseyside derby in their most recent outing before Christmas when Sadio Mane scored a late winner after Sturridge’s shot rebounded off the post.

It remains to be seen whether Sturridge will feature from the start against Stoke, but the Liverpool striker certainly seemed to be in good spirits in the build-up to the Premier League clash.

Sturridge posted the video above of himself given a walking tour of his home on Christmas Day on Instagram and wrote the caption: “Marry Christmas my people ❤️”
