Watch: Man United signing sends Christmas message to fans ahead of Sunderland clash

Zlatan Ibrahimovic wishes Manchester United fans a Merry Christmas ahead of the Boxing Day clash with Sunderland

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken to social media to wish Manchester United fans a Merry Christmas ahead of the Red Devils’ Boxing Day clash against Sunderland at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils head into the game looking to make it four wins in a row in the Premier League after their recent upturn in form under new boss Jose Mourinho.

Manchester United will be aiming to continue their good form over the Christmas period after Mourinho’s men’s solid displays in recent weeks.

While there were plenty of questions about Manchester United’s performances earlier in the season, one thing that cannot be disputed is Ibrahimovic’s importance to the Red Devils.

Signed on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, Ibrahimovic has been a regular fixture in the Manchester United team and has already scored 11 goals in the top flight for Mourinho’s men.

And the 35-year-old striker used his personal Instagram account to send a special Christmas message to his followers.
