Zlatan Ibrahimovic explains why he is in such good form for Man United

Zlatan Ibrahimovic discusses his strong start to life at Manchester United this season

Zlatan Ibrahimovic says he is maturing like a fine wine following his sparkling start to life at Manchester United.

The Swedish striker continued his brilliant form in the Premier League on Saturday when he scored both of Manchester United’s goals in their 2-0 win over West Brom at The Hawthorns.

Ibrahimovic has now scored 11 goals in the Premier League for Jose Mourinho’s men and has established himself as a regular fixture in the Red Devils team.

There had been doubts about whether Ibrahimovic would be able to adapt to the rigours of the Premier League at 35 years old.

However, the veteran forward insists that he is feeling better than ever physically as he bids to help Manchester United enjoy a successful season.

Ibrahimovic told Manchester United’s website: “I’m settling in, I feel happy, I feel good. Even if I am 35, in my mind I am 20.

“I think I can play also at 50! But the older I get, the better – like the wine. You like wine? It’s the perfect example.”
