Cesc Fabregas has taken to social media to reveal that he has been working hard in the gym in the wake of Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Hull City in the Premier League.
The Spanish midfielder was a second-half substitute as he came off the bench to set up Gary Cahill’s late header after Diego Costa had put the Blues 1-0 up before the break.
Fabregas has endured something of a frustrating start to the season under new boss Antonio Conte, with the 29-year-old midfielder having made just five Premier League starts so far this term.
The former Arsenal captain is clearly determined to make sure that he is in peak physical condition as he bids to break back into the Chelsea team in the second half of the season.
And the midfielder used his personal Instagram account to reveal that he was working hard in the gym following Chelsea’s win over Hull.
He posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Gym session 🏋🏻🏊🏼”
Chelsea take on Liverpool in their next two Premier League games.
