Harry Kane takes to social media to wish all of his followers a happy 2017 ahead of Tottenham's clash with Chelsea

Harry Kane took to social media to wish all of his followers a happy new year ahead of Tottenham’s crunch clash against Chelsea at White Hart Lane on Wednesday night.

The north London side are currently preparing for their showdown with the Premier League leaders in north London as they look to halt the Blues’ winning run in the Premier League.

Chelsea have been in superb form in recent weeks and head into their clash against the Lilywhites looking to make it 14 wins on the spin in the Premier League and equal the record set by Arsenal.

And Kane took some time out to reflect on a successful year for himself and Tottenham on Saturday night.

The striker posted the picture montage above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “I had some amazing memories in 2016! Looking forward to seeing was 2017 brings!
