Henrikh Mkhitaryan vows to work harder than ever after setting out his goals for 2017 with Manchester United
Henrikh Mkhitaryan has taken to social media to reveal that he has set himself some new goals for 2017 following his transfer to Manchester United.
The Armenia international arrived at Old Trafford from Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window and initially struggled to find his feet at the club.
However, the 27-year-old has been in good form in recent weeks and has earned plenty of praise for his performances for the Red Devils of late.
Mkhitaryan is currently preparing for Manchester United’s FA Cup third-round clash against Reading at Old Trafford as the Red Devils look to kick off their defence of their title.
Manchester United won the FA Cup and finished fifth in the Premier League last season under Louis van Gaal before Jose Mourinho was brought in as the Dutchman’s replacement back in May.
And Mkhitaryan had a special message for his followers on social media on Thursday afternoon.
He shared the photo above on Instagram and wrote the caption: “New year, new goals! #WorkHard #mufc”
