Victor Moses takes to social media to celebrate Chelsea's 4-1 win over Peterborough in the FA Cup on Sunday
Victor Moses has taken to social media to reveal his delight at Chelsea’s return to winning ways after their 4-1 win over Peterborough at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
The 26-year-old wing-back was given a well-earned rest for the visit of the League One side in the third round at west London just days after their 2-0 loss at Tottenham Hotspur.
Moses struggled alongside Cesar Azpilicueta at White Hart Lane as Mauricio Pochettino’s side managed to expose the two defender to great effect during the London derby.
Dele Alli outwitted the Blues duo for both of his goals in their 2-0 loss to their title rivals, which was their first defeat in 13 Premier League games.
While Moses didn’t feature against Peterborough on Sunday afternoon, the Nigeria international was clearly encouraged by his team-mates’s performance as he watched on from the bench at Stamford Bridge.
Moses took to Twitter after the 4-1 win and posed the below tweet:
Great to get back to winning ways today. Looking forward to the next round #CFC

Pedro Rodriguez scored either side of half-time to put the west London outfit in control of the FA Cup third-round tie before goals from summer signing Michy Batshuayi and Willian sealed their passage into the next round despite John Terry’s sending off.
