Summer signing makes claim about Man United under Jose Mourinho

Eric Bailly has been very encouraged by what he has seen by Manchester United of late...

Eric Bailly has claimed that Manchester United have now found their feet under new manager Jose Mourinho.

The Red Devils made a stuttering start to life under their new boss following his appointment at Old Trafford back in May.

Manchester United struggled to string together a series of positive results but have been much improved in recent weeks and are currently on a 16-game unbeaten run.

Mourinho’s men came from a goal down to earn a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday to keep them in the race for a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Manchester United are currently gearing up for their Premier League trip to Stoke City on Saturday afternoon.

And Bailly feels that the Red Devils have shown some serious signs of improvement in recent weeks under their new manager.

Speaking in an interview with Sport360, Bailly said: “There are a lot of new players and the coach is new. Now we are noting that the team is gelling together and creating a good atmosphere, and we are having the results too.

“We know that with a coach like Mourinho, he can bring the best out of players, so I am very confident that this team can go further. The players are getting a good understanding both on and off the pitch.”
