Ray Parlour states prediction for Swansea v Arsenal
The former Arsenal midfielder can't see past a Gunners win at Swansea City on Saturday afternoon
Ray Parlour is confident that Arsenal will get back to winning ways against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners came from 3-0 down to salvage a 3-3 draw with Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium thanks to second-half goals from Alexis Sanchez, Lucas Perez and Olivier Giroud.
Arsenal dropped out of the top four after Tottenham Hotspur were 2-0 winners against Premier League leaders Chelsea in their most-recent top-flight fixture to hoist themselves into third place.
Arsene Wenger’s side will face a Swansea outfit that could rejuvenated following the appointment of Paul Clement as their new manager following the sacking of Bob Bradley.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Up Front podcast ahead of Arsenal’s trip to south Wales, ex-Gooner Parlour confidently predicted that Wenger’s side would win the first game in four attempts on the road in the Premier League.
“I’m expecting Arsenal to beat Swansea,” Parlour said.
Arsenal are eight points behind current top-flight leaders Chelsea after 20 games in the 2016-17 Premier League title race.
