Fabregas has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the starting line-up at Chelsea since Conte’s arrival at the club last summer.
The Spaniard has been limited to making appearances from the bench for much of the campaign, and despite impressing during his cameo performances, has only made five starts in the Premier League this season.
Willian, meanwhile, has also struggled for regular playing time under Conte despite being one of Chelsea’s top performers last season.
The Brazilian has scored five goals in the Premier League but has been limited to 12 starts in the top flight.
Speaking at his pre-match news conference at Chelsea’s training ground on Friday morning, Conte said: “You talk about two great players in good form.
“To have Cesc and Willian on the bench or on the pitch is very important and also Pedro is playing very well.
“When Cesc plays he is playing very well. I have many different solutions.
“The most important thing is I can count on a squad and every single player is in good form.”
Chelsea are currently gearing up for their Premier League trip to Turf Moor to take on Burnley on Sunday.
