David Luiz has heaped praise on Eden Hazard after the Belgian’s stunning goal in Chelsea’s 3-1 win over Arsenal on Saturday.

The Belgian playmaker has been one of the Premier League’s standout performers this season and continued his fine form with a man of the match display against the Gunners at Stamford Bridge.

After Marcos Alonso had given Chelsea the lead in west London, Hazard scored a superb solo goal to make it 2-0 shortly after half-time.

Cesc Fabregas then added a third late on before Olivier Giroud netted a late consolation for the visitors.

The goal was Hazard’s 10th of the season in the Premier League as the Belgian bids to help Chelsea try and win the title this term.

And Luiz was delighted to see Hazard find his best form and help Chelsea claim victory over the Gunners on Saturday.

Speaking to Chelsea’s website after the game, Luiz said: “It [Hazard’s goal] was fantastic, it reminded me a bit of Ronaldhino – it was amazing.

“I love Eden’s talent and I love him as a person so I enjoy having this kind of person in my team.”
