Eden Hazard wants Chelsea to keep up their impressive form and stay top of the Premier League table

Eden Hazard has challenged Chelsea to maintain their brilliant form and win the Premier League title this season.

The Blues continued their fine form under new boss Antonio Conte by beating Arsenal 3-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon to keep their place at the top of the table.

The west London side have firmly established themselves as the favourites to win the title this season following their brilliant form.

And Hazard says that it is now up to him and his team-mates to maintain their confidence levels as they bid to bring the Premier League trophy to Stamford Bridge in Conte’s first season in charge at the club.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the win over Arsenal, the 26-year-old Hazard said: “We are top of the league and full of confidence.

“We want to finish the season well and stay on top.”
