Eden Hazard trolls Arsenal after Chelsea’s 3-1 win

Eden Hazard claims Chelsea could have scored more goals after the Blues' 3-1 win over Arsenal on Saturday

Eden Hazard has taunted Arsenal by claiming that Chelsea could have scored more goals against the Gunners but instead opted to save them for next week.

Hazard was in fine form for the west London side as he was named man of the match in Chelsea’s impressive victory over the Gunners.

Hazard scored in between goals from Marcos Alonso and Cesc Fabregas at Stamford Bridge as the Blues underlined their status as the favourites to win the Premier League title this season.

Arsenal netted a late consolation goal through Olivier Giroud but it ended up being too little, too late for the Gunners, who are now 12 points behind the leaders.

And Hazard’s comments after the game are unlikely to please Arsenal fans.

Speaking to Chelsea’s website, Hazard said: “We want to stay there [top of the table] forever and we enjoy it.

“We could have scored two or three more goals but we keep it for the next game I think.

“We deserved the win.”
