Insider claims Spanish midfielder would improve Chelsea, Tottenham and wants England move
Guillem Balague discusses reports linking Isco with a move to the Premier League in the summer
Isco is open to a move to the Premier League and the Real Madrid midfielder would improve Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, according to Guillem Balague.
The Spain international has struggled to tie down a regular starting spot under Zinedine Zidane since the French legend replaced Rafael Benitez as Real Madrid manager in 2015.
Isco has scored five goals and has made five assists in 17 games in La Liga this season but has still been linked with a move to the English top flight.
While a move didn’t materialise in the January transfer window, Isco’s future continues to be in doubt ahead of the summer market.
Asked what is Isco’s current situation at Real Madrid during a question and answer session on Sky Sports News HQ, Balague said:
“He has played only 10 per cent of the minutes in the Champions League, so he will be out there in the market.
“And he has so much quality that there will be a lot of teams that will want him. No official offer has arrived at Real Madrid, but I can see how he would improve Chelsea, Tottenham, Juventus, Man United and he would like to come to the Premier League.”

Isco has scored 27 times in 123 games in all competitions during a three-year stay at the Bernabeu Stadium.
Chelsea are currently 10 points clear of third-placed Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League title race.
