The Spaniard suffered a concussion during Arsenal’s 3-1 loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last weekend is yet to return to first-team training at London Colney.
Wenger revealed that Bellerin would undergo a test on Friday to determine his availability for the clash against the Tigers at The Emirates.
The Frenchman also revealed that Mohamed Elneny is back available for selection again after his involvement in the African Cup of Nations with Egypt.
Wenger told his pre-match news conference on Thursday morning: “From last Saturday we have Elneny back available in the squad.
“Apart from that, we have the question about Hector Bellerin. He’s going for tests and the process every day and we’ll only know tomorrow if he gets the green light from the medical people to practise or not. At the moment he has not practised.
“Elneny trained yesterday with the team.
“He’s fully focused and as always, a fantastic player with a great mentality. He is disappointed that [Egypt] lost in the final but we had a quality session yesterday.”
Arsenal head into their clash with Hull looking to return to winning ways after back to back defeats in the Premier League left Wenger’s men 12 points behind leaders Chelsea.
The north London side, who have not won the title since 2004, finished second and without a trophy last season.
