Paul Pogba “goes mad” when Manchester United lose games, according to his older brother Florentin.
The siblings are set to come up against each other when Manchester United take on Saint-Etienne in the last 32 of the Europa League on Thursday night.
Pogba joined Manchester United from Juventus last summer in a world-record transfer deal as Jose Mourinho brought the midfielder back to Old Trafford.
The 23-year-old has been a regular fixture in the Manchester United team in recent weeks and has earned plenty of praise for his performances for the Red Devils this term.
It has been a mixed start to life for Pogba at Manchester United, with Mourinho’s men struggling to produce consistent form in the Premier League to leave them sixth in the table.
And his elder brother Florentin has lifted the lid on what Pogba is like when Manchester United lose their games.
Florentin is quoted as saying by Sky Sports: “I learned to lose and I would say that you’re not losing but learning. But for him, when he loses, he goes mad.
“But these two games will be emotional and I hope we’ll take something positive from them.
“Even if United are a great club, anything is possible in football. The fact they’re better than us on paper doesn’t matter.”
