Adam Lallana takes to social media to celebrate Liverpool's 2-0 win over Tottenham on Saturday

Adam Lallana took to social media to celebrate Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Tottenham on Saturday as the Reds finally returned to winning ways in the Premier League.

The Reds bounced back from their recent miserable run of form by beating the Lilywhites at Anfield to boost their hopes of finishing in the top four this season.

Two quick-fire goals from Sadio Mane in the first half ended up proving the difference as Liverpool moved back into the top four in the Premier League.

The result left Liverpool 11 points behind Chelsea after the Blues were held to a 1-1 draw by Burnley at Turf Moor on Sunday afternoon.

And Lallana was clearly thrilled to play his part in helping the Reds claim all three points at Anfield on Saturday night.

The England international posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Big result for us against a strong team 💪🏻 🔴🔴 #YNWA”
