Granit Xhaka enjoys a romantic dinner with his fiancee in Dubai as the Arsenal midfielder makes the most of their fixture break
Granit Xhaka enjoyed some quality time with his fiance Leonita on Tuesday night after the midfielder helped Arsenal to book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The Switzerland international was named in Arsene Wenger’s starting line-up for their trip to Non League side Sutton United in the fifth round of the competition.
Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott scored either side of half-time to seal a comfortable 2-0 win and set up a last-eight meeting with another Non League club Lincoln City at the Emirates Stadium.
Xhaka has endured a mixed first season at the north London club after Arsenal signed the defensive midfielder in a £33m deal from Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer transfer window.
And the 23-year-old took a break from his busy football schedule to head out for dinner with his fiancee Leonita ahead of Arsenal’s clash against Liverpool in their next game on 4 March.
Xhaka posted the above photo on his Instagram page minutes after his partner posted the same snap on her page.
