Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to celebrate Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Hull City at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners finally returned to winning ways in the top flight after their back to back defeats at the hands of Watford and Chelsea dented their Premier League title hopes.

However, a goal in each half from Alexis Sanchez secured all three points for Arsene Wenger’s men and temporarily lifted them up to third place in the Premier League table.

Ozil played the full 90 minutes against the north London side and the German playmaker was quick to stake to social media after the game to celebrate the three points.

Ozil posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Hard-earned victory today! Brings back some confidence for the big clash next week! 💥💪🏼 #afcvhcfc #Gunners @arsenal”

Arsenal now turn their attentions towards their crunch Champions League clash against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena next Wednesday night.
