If you are looking for a sure-fire bet to place on week 29 games in the Premier League, Middlesbrough vs Manchester United is the one to place.

The Red Devils are in excellent form in the Premier League and are the third best performing team over the last 10 matches. After a sluggish start, Jose Mourinho has finally got the team into a winning mentality and are getting back to their best. They still have a long way to go before they reach the peaks of the Sir Alex Ferguson era but are looking the best we have seen them since the legendary manager left.

Over the last ten games in the Premier League, Man United have not lost a game. They have won six and drawn four which has taken them to within six points of the final Champions League qualification place which Liverpool now occupy. Qualifying for the Champions League should be the minimum requirement for the Red Devils, especially when you consider the amount of money they have spent over the last few seasons.

It is going to be very difficult for Middlesbrough against Man United as the Red Devils have one of the best defences in the EPL. They have only conceded 5 goals in 10 games which are the best defensive record in the league. They have also managed to find the back of the net 17 times during this period so it will be difficult for the home team to both scores and not concede.

With Manchester City facing Liverpool, it is an excellent chance for Mourinho to close the gap on fourth place with a win. It is vital that they do not slip up as it will make Champions League qualification almost impossible so I expect them to get the result they need to put pressure on the teams above them.

On current form the team that is certain to be relegated this season from the EPL is Middlesbrough. Over the last 10 games, they have not won a single match and have only achieved four points during this period. They are finding scoring goals extremely hard and have only scored four goals in 10 Premier League matches. They are up against the best in form defense so I can not see them scoring. Their defensive record is not too bad considering they are sitting one place above the bottom team, Sunderland. They have only conceded 11 goals but they will find it tough keeping the Man United front line from scoring over 90 minutes.

Middlesbrough v Man United prediction

I can only see one winner in this match with the Red Devils winning by at least a couple of goals. They should be able to keep Middlesbrough from scoring and if they get a goal early they could end up thrashing the second from the bottom team. If you fancy putting a wager on Manchester United to beat Middlesbrough bet 10 and gets a 30 bonus here.
