Tony Gale is expecting to see Michy Batshuayi quit Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The Belgian striker was brought to Stamford Bridge last summer from Marseille by Antonio Conte but the forward has failed to hold down a regular spot in the Chelsea team.

Indeed, Batshuayi is yet to start a single Premier League game for Conte’s side and has only featured for a total of 113 minutes in the top flight this season.

The 23-year-old has made seven starts in the cup competitions for Conte’s men this season and has netted four times in all competitions.

However, Gale is expecting to see the forward leave Chelsea this summer in search of a new club.

Gale told Sky Sports News HQ on Wednesday: “Batshuayi hasn’t done it. He will probably go and Chelsea will get a nice few quid for him as well.”

Batshuayi will be hoping to be involved when Chelsea take on Everton in Sunday’s Premier League clash at Goodison Park.

The Blues are currently four points ahead of Tottenham in the race for the title.
