Ray Parlour is tipping Chelsea’s clash with Tottenham at Wembley in the FA Cup on Saturday to a closely contested affair.

The Blues head into the game looking to get back to winning ways after the disappointment of their 2-0 loss to Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.

Spurs, meanwhile, have been in fine form and have managed to cut Chelsea’s lead at the top of the table down to four points thanks to back to back 4-0 wins.

The two London teams will now do battle at Wembley for a place in the FA Cup final against either Manchester City or Arsenal.

And Arsenal legend Parlour is expecting to see a cagey affair at Wembley on Saturday evening.

Parlour told the Alan Brazil Up Front podcast: “Chelsea will have a game plan. Tottenham will be a tough side as well. It will be a totally different game at Wembley. I can see it being a tight encounter.”

Chelsea are aiming to win a domestic double in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge, which would be an impressive feat given their 10th placed finish last season without a trophy.
