Cesc Fabregas has warned his Chelsea team-mates that he is not expecting to see Tottenham drop many more points in the Premier League title race.

The Blues got the better of their Premier League title rivals in the FA Cup on Saturday as they secured a 4-2 win to book their place in the final.

Tottenham have been in good form in the Premier League in recent weeks and have managed to close the gap to the leaders down to just four points with six games left to play.

And Chelsea midfielder Fabregas has talked up the importance of Chelsea keeping their focus in the title race.

Fabregas told Sky Sports: “(We have) six games where every single one of them we need three points, because I don’t believe Spurs will drop too many.”

Chelsea return to Premier League action on Tuesday night when they host Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
