Ex-midfielder: Why I want this Chelsea player to win the double
Shaun Wright-Phillips wants to see N'Golo Kante win the double with Chelsea in his first season at Stamford Bridge

Shaun Wright-Phillips has admitted that he really wants to N’Golo Kante to lift the Premier League and FA Cup with Chelsea this season.
The France international has been a revelation in his first campaign at Stamford Bridge after the defensive midfielder completed a big-money switch from Leicester City last summer.
Kante helped the Foxes to win the Premier League title in his first in English football before the popular Frenchman secured a transfer to tenth-placed Chelsea.
The 26-year-old is one of the six nominees to win the PFA player of the year award for his performances throughout the 2016-17 season.
Wright-Phillips won the Premier League title, the FA Cup and the League Cup during a four-year career in west London.
The former Chelsea midfielder is hoping Kante can help the Blues get over the line and secure their greatest-ever double.
“I think it would be the greatest double ever and I’d be especially delighted for Kante because of the amount of effort he puts into every game. He’s a delight to sit down and watch,” said Wright-Phillips, speaking exclusively to 888sport.
