Mauricio Pochettino has congratulated Chelsea on their 4-2 FA Cup semi-final win over Tottenham at the weekend.

Pochettino watched his Spurs side slump to a disappointing defeat by their London rivals despite seeing Tottenham equalise twice against Antonio Conte’s men.

Two goals from Willian and strikes from Eden Hazard and Nemanja Matic wrapped up the victory for the Blues and secured their place in next month’s FA Cup final.

Pochettino will now have to rally his troops as he looks to get them ready for their Premier League clash with Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.

Speaking to BBC Sport after Saturday’s game, Pochettino said: “Congratulations to Chelsea. We dominated the game but they were more clinical than us.

“I feel proud, we were fantastic in the way we played and in our philosophy. They had five shots and scored four goals and we score only two.”

Tottenham are currently four points behind Chelsea as the Lilywhites look to catch the Blues in the race for the title.
