Andy Hinchcliffe is backing Chelsea to edge to victory over Manchester United in Sunday’s crunch Premier League showdown at Old Trafford.

Chelsea head into the game looking to secure a win to take them another step closer towards winning the title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge.

The Blues have been the Premier League’s top performing team this season and the west London side are currently seven points clear at the top of the table.

Manchester United, meanwhile, need a victory to keep alive their faint hopes of breaking back into the top four before the season is out.

Jose Mourinho watched his Red Devils side secure a 3-0 win at Sunderland last weekend after Chelsea were 3-1 victors at Bournemouth.

However, Hinchcliffe is backing the Blues to sneak a victory in Sunday’s showdown at Old Trafford.

Speaking on Sky Sports News HQ, Hinchcliffe said: “It will be a fascinating game.

“Both teams will want to win. The draws at Old Trafford this season have been extraordinary. If anyone is going to win, I see Chelsea sneaking it.”
