Paul Ince is backing Manchester United to ease to a close-fought 2-1 win against Chelsea at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The Premier League champions are sitting seven points clear of their closest title rivals Tottenham Hotspur with seven games to go.

Spurs can move to within four points of Chelsea if Mauricio Pochettino’s side beat Bournemouth in the early kick-off at White Hart Lane.

Chelsea will take on Manchester United in Sunday’s late kick-off as the Blues look to beat their former manager Jose Mourinho for the third time this season.

The west London side were 4-0 winners against Manchester United in the Premier League back in October before Chelsea eased to a 1-0 victory over the Red Devils in the FA Cup last month.

Writing in his Paddy Power column ahead of Chelsea’s long trip to Manchester United, the club’s former captain Ince said:

“It will be interesting to see how United deal with Conte’s three-at-the-back system with the wing backs bombing on. The stakes are high, but I’m going with a 2-1 win for Man United.”
