Ian Wright is backing Tottenham Hotspur to ease to a comfortable 4-0 win against Watford at White Hart Lane in the Premier League’s early kick-off on Saturday afternoon.

Spurs have been in excellent form over the past couple of weeks or so as Mauricio Pochettino’s side continue to put Premier League leaders Chelsea under pressure.

The north London side were 2-0 winners at Burnley last weekend before a dramatic 3-1 comeback victory over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday night.

Tottenham are seven points behind Chelsea with eight games to play but Spurs can move to within four points of Antonio Conte’s side should they beat Watford in the early game.

Speaking to The Sun Goals podcast about Tottenham’s imminent London derby against Watford at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon, Wright backed Spurs to secure an easy win.

“Tottenham to win at least 3-0. Actually, [I’ll go] 4-0 Tottenham,” Wight said.

Spurs finished in third place in the Premier League table last season but 11 points behind eventual champions Leicester City.

Tottenham have never won the Premier League title.
