Cesc Fabregas has taken to social media to social media to issue a rallying cry to Chelsea after their 3-0 win over Everton on Sunday.
The 29-year-old midfielder was a second-half substitute at Goodison Park as he helped Antonio Conte’s men take another step closer towards winning the Premier League title.
Fabregas set up Willian for Chelsea’s third goal after strikes from Pedro Rodriguez and Gary Cahill had put the visitors in control at Goodison Park.
Fabregas will be hoping to play a big role for Chelsea in their remaining four games of the season as he bids to help the Blues win their second Premier League title.
And the former Arsenal captain used his personal Instagram account to celebrate their win at the weekend.
Fabregas shared the photo above on the app and wrote: “Let’s keep it up! 💪🏼”
Chelsea now have a full week off to recover for their crunch clash with Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge next Monday night.
