Gary Lineker sent a message to Chelsea after Antonio Conte’s side won the Premier League title.

The Blues secured the first Premier League trophy under Conte and second title in three seasons thanks to a 1-0 win at West Brom on Friday night.

Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi scored an 82nd-minute winner to leave Chelsea 10 points clear of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur with two games to spare.

Chelsea can still complete the double if Conte’s side beat bitter rivals Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley later this month.

Lineker wasted no time taking to Twitter to send a message to the Chelsea squad after their Premier League title success.

Lineker wrote: “Congratulations to @ChelseaFC on becoming Premier League Champions.”
