Didier Drogba has taken to social media to reveal his delight at seeing Chelsea win the Premier League title on Friday night.

The Blues clinched the title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at Stamford Bridge thanks to a 1-0 win over West Brom at The Hawthorns on Friday night.

Chelsea have been the Premier League’s most consistent team this season and won their second title in three seasons with two games to spare.

Drogba helped Chelsea with their last title win back in the 2014-15 season and the Ivorian was delighted to see his former club win the trophy once again.

Drogba posted the video above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Perfect way to go to bed for me and perfect way for the best fans in the world to wake up @chelseafc

“Championssssssss 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 come on you bluuuueesss.

“What a season boys!!! Well done it’s well deserved My People !!!!”

Chelsea will be hoping to make it a domestic double this season when they take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley at the end of the month.
