Gary Neville says Antonio Conte deserves huge credit for getting the best out of Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and David Luiz this season.

The Blues were crowned as Premier League champions on Friday night as they beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 thanks to Michy Batshuayi’s late goal.

Chelsea have been the Premier League’s top performing team this season and have earned plenty of praise for their displays throughout the campaign under new boss Conte.

And former Manchester United defender Neville feels that the form of Chelsea trio Hazard, Costa and Luiz has been a key factor in the Blues being crowned champions.

Speaking to Sky Sports after Chelsea won the title, Neville said: “They’ve been reliable, consistent.

“[Conte has] gotten the best out of Diego Costa and Eden Hazard – and got David Luiz into a reliable state.

“They’ve been absolutely brilliant and deserve this great moment.”

Chelsea take on Watford on Monday night in front of their home fans in the Premier League.
