Antonio Conte admits that he is working tirelessly to deliver the Premier League title to Chelsea this season.

The Blues are preparing to take on Middlesbrough in the Premier League on Monday night as the look to take a step closer towards winning the title.

Tottenham’s 1-0 loss to West Ham United last week means that Chelsea need to win just two of their remaining four games to be crowned as champions.

Conte’s impact at Chelsea this season has been nothing short of remarkable, with the Italian having transformed the Blues into title favourites following their disastrous tenth-placed finish last term.

And Conte has insisted that his Chelsea players will keep working until the end to enjoy a successful end to the season.

Speaking at his pre-match news conference at Chelsea’s training ground on Friday, Conte said: “I hope to arrive at the end of the season with my players and the club to celebrate something important this season.

“We are working very hard to reach this target. For me, it’s not the first time to win the title.

“I have a good experience to face this type of situation. But it won’t be easy until the end.”
