Antonio Conte has urged Diego Costa and Eden Hazard to prove their continued commitment to Chelsea.

Chelsea eased to their second title in three seasons but first Premier League trophy under the Italian coach last week.

Michy Batshuayi scored a second-half winner to seal a 1-0 win against West Brom and wrap up the title with two games to spare.

Conte has managed to get the best out of Costa and Hazard this season after the duo struggled badly in the 2015-16 campaign.

However, the Premier League champions could be facing a battle to keep Costa and Hazard beyond the summer transfer window.

The controversial Spain striker has been linked with a lucrative move to China amid reports that he is unhappy in the English capital.

Hazard, meanwhile, has been touted as a potential signing for Champions League finalists Real Madrid this summer.

Asked during his pre-match media conference whether Costa and Hazard would be staying at Chelsea, Conte said:

First of all, the player must have the pleasure to stay in Chelsea. This is important.”
