Tiemoue Bakayoko’s brother has denied that the Monaco star has held talks with Paris Saint-Germain about a possible transfer.

The Monaco star has established himself as one of the most-exciting midfield prospects in Europe thanks to his Champions League performances.

Bakayoko has scored two goals and has made one assist in 29 appearances for the Ligue 1 leaders in the French top flight this term.

Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked with a move to sign the Monaco star in the summer transfer window.

Reports suggested earlier this week that PSG could be on the brink of signing Bakayoko after holding a meeting with the player’s agent, who is also the Monaco star’s brother.

However, Abdoulaye Bakayoko has moved to pour cold water on speculation linking the Monaco midfielder with a move to PSG at the end of the season.

“The story that we have met with PSG to discuss a move for Tiemoue is completely false,” Bakayoko told RMC – as quoted by Metro.

“Tiemoue is having an unbelievable season with Monaco and I don’t understand these false rumours.”
