Jurgen Klopp has drawn up a five-man Liverpool transfer wishlist ahead of the summer, according to reports.
The Independent is reporting that Liverpool want to sign Fulham’s exciting teenager Ryan Sessegnon but will face competition from a host of Premier League clubs.
Klopp signed three players from the Bundesliga last summer and the Liverpool boss is set to raid Bundesliga runner-ups RP Leipzig at the end of the 2016-17 season.
The same article states that Liverpool want the club’s striker Timo Werner and defender Naby Keita ahead of a potential return to the Champions League.
The Merseyside club have been heavily linked with an attempt to sign £50m-rated defender Virgil van Dijk from Premier League rivals Southampton.
The report adds that Hull City’s Scottish defender Andy Robertson is another target for Klopp as the Liverpool boss looks to improve his defensive options.
Liverpool will secure a return to the Champions League should Klopp’s side beat relegated Middlesbrough at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
