Alvaro Morata looked pleased to be getting to grips with life in London as he enjoyed a cup of coffee out on his day off on Monday.

The Spanish striker has been getting used to life as a Chelsea player after signing for the west London side from Real Madrid earlier this month.

Morata joined up with his new team-mates in Singapore for their pre-season tour, but the Blues are now back in the UK as they prepare for next Sunday’s Community Shield clash against Arsenal at Wembley.

And the 24-year-old looked happy to be soaking up his new surroundings on his day off at the start of the week.

Morata posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “London… ☕️😎🔝#fashion #cool #lifestyle”

Morata will be hoping to help Chelsea retain their Premier League title this season after the Blues won the trophy in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge last term.

The west London side missed out on a domestic double last season when they were beaten by Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley back in May.
