Arsenal are lining up a £50m bid to sign Thomas Lemar from Monaco this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the Gunners are ready to make a third offer to try and land the 21-year-old as Arsene Wenger looks to secure his third signing of the summer.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with a whole host of players this summer but have so far only concluded deals to land Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette.

And the same story claims that the north London side are now focusing on bringing Lemar to The Emirates as their third summer recruit.

The article also says that the Gunners have already had two offers for Lemar turned down by Monaco, the latest of which is said to be worth around £45m.

Arsenal are thought to be on the lookout for a number of other new signings this summer as Wenger looks to prepare his team for a Premier League title challenge next season.

The north London side will be hoping to be one of the main contenders for the title after they finished only fifth in the Premier League last term.
