Tiemoue Bakayoko looked to be a happy man as he posed for a picture with his parents after signing for Chelsea on Saturday.

The 22-year-old midfielder was finally confirmed as a Blues player on Saturday after relentless speculation linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge.

Bakayoko has signed a five-year contract with the west London side and has been handed the number 14 shirt as he prepares for a new challenge in the Premier League.

And the midfielder was clearly thrilled to put pen to paper and he posed for a picture with his parents at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground after the deal was done.

Bakayoko shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “We do it 💙💙💙 #FamilyTheMostImportant #NoMatterWhat #Bakayoko #TB14 #BakasBlue #StartedFromTheBottom.”

Bakayoko will be hoping to help Chelsea defend their Premier League title next season as they also look to make their mark on the Champions League.

The midfielder became Chelsea’s third signing of the summer following the arrivals of Willy Caballero and Antonio Rudiger.
