Antonio Conte has revealed that he would love to sign Harry Kane for Chelsea, admitting that he is a huge fan of the Spurs star.

The west London side have already brought in significant reinforcements this summer and Conte bolstered his attacking options when he brought Alvaro Morata to the club from Real Madrid.

Chelsea are unlikely to bid for Kane this summer, with Tottenham sure to want to keep hold of their prized asset.

However, the Italian manager has admitted that if he were to sign any striker in the world, Kane would be his top choice.

Conte is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail: “If I had to buy one striker I would go to Kane.

“He is a complete striker. He is strong physically with the ball, without the ball, he fights and he’s strong in the air and acrobatic on the right and the left.

“He’s a complete player. If you go to buy Kane now, it would be at least £100m. At least.

“For me, if I see this price for a striker I know for sure he’s a big striker.”

Chelsea have been busy in the summer transfer window, having already recruited Willy Caballero, Antonio Rudiger, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Morata as Conte prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next season.

The west London side finished top of the Premier League table last term but missed out on the FA Cup when they were beaten 2-1 by Arsenal in the final at Wembley back in May.
