Chelsea have not given up in their efforts to try and sign Alex Sandro from Juventus, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Blues are still keeping tabs on the left-back as Antonio Conte looks to bolster his squad ahead of his second season in charge at the club.

The same report states that Chelsea could possibly be willing to let Nemanja Matic move to Juventus as part of a deal to land Sandro this summer.

Matic’s future at Stamford Bridge has been a source of speculation this summer and that uncertainty is likely to increase following the arrival of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco on Saturday.

The west London side have been linked with a whole host of players so far this summer but have only concluded deals for Bakayoko, Willy Caballero and Antonio Rudiger.

The Blues are likely to bring in a number of other players this summer as Chelsea prepare for a return to the Champions League next season and bid to try and defend their Premier League title.
