Antonio Conte is determined to sign Danilo from Real Madrid as Chelsea’s third summer signing, according to reports in Spain.

Spanish outlet OK Diario, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the Chelsea boss is determined to bring the Brazilian right-back to Stamford Bridge this summer as he looks to bolster his squad.

The Blues finally confirmed their second signing of the summer on Sunday when they secured a deal to sign defender Antonio Rudiger from Roma.

And Conte is now turning his attentions to signing the 25-year-old full-back from Real Madrid this summer, according to the report.

The same story says that Conte is “obsessed” with bringing Danilo to Stamford Bridge this summer, but he could face an uphill struggle in convincing Zinedine Zidane to sell the defender.

Chelsea are believed to be on the lookout for a number of other key signings this summer as Conte gears up for his second season in charge at the west London club.

The Blues are preparing for a return to the Champions League next season after Conte led the Blues to the title last term.
