Chelsea have made a move to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid and also want to sign Danilo, according to journalist Kaveh Solhekol.

The Sky Sports News HQ reporter has taken to Twitter to claim that the Blues are keen to sign both Morata and Danilo this summer.

Morata has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United all summer but it seems that the Red Devils are set to drop their interest in the striker after they instead moved to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton.

Now that Manchester United appear to have dropped their interest in Morata, there have inevitably been suggestions that Chelsea could be set to make a move for the Spaniard.

And that is exactly what Solhekhol took to Twitter to report on Sunday morning, as he also claimed that right-back Danilo is a target.

Solhekol wrote on Twitter: “Chelsea have made move to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid. Chelsea also want their Brazilian right back Danilo.”

Chelsea are due to report back to Cobham to begin their pre-season preparations on Monday as Antonio Conte gears up for his second campaign in charge at the west London club.
