Liverpool are lining up a “third and final” bid of £75m to try and sign Naby Keita from RB Leipzig this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Independent is reporting that the Reds are set to return with a fresh offer for the 22-year-old Guinea international as Jurgen Klopp looks to bring the midfielder to Anfield.

The same report says that the third offer is likely to be in the region of £75m, with around £40m paid up front to the German club.

The story claims that Liverpool feel that their final bid could finally be enough to convince the Bundesliga club to sell the midfielder this summer.

It is claimed in the same article that Liverpool have already had bids of £57.3m and £66m rejected as Klopp searches for his third signing of the summer.

Liverpool are thought to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as the German manager prepares for his second full season in charge at the club.

The Reds have so far only concluded deals to land winger Mohamed Salah, defender Andy Robertson and striker Dominic Solanke this summer.
