Gary Neville makes prediction about Man United transfers
Gary Neville has his say about both Manchester United and Manchester City's remaining transfer plans
Gary Neville believes that it will be a “big market” for both Manchester United and Manchester City this summer.
The Red Devils have been linked with a host of players ahead of next season, but have so far only concluded deals to bring in Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku.
Manchester City have also been busy this summer, having signed both Bernado Silva and Ederson to add to Pep Guardiola’s squad.
Both Manchester clubs are likely to continue to strengthen their squads this summer as they prepare for a competitive 2017-18 Premier League season.
And former Red Devils defender Neville is expecting plenty of activity at Old Trafford before the new campaign kicks off.
Neville tweeted on Thursday night: “The two Manchester managers are bullying their owners to bring the players in at any cost!! Going to be a big market!!”
Manchester United are preparing for a return to the Champions League next season after the Red Devils finished sixth in the Premier League but won the Europa League under Jose Mourinho last term.
The Red Devils also lifted the EFL Cup trophy in the Portuguese coach’s first campaign at the club.
