Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic is already planning for life at Manchester United next season, according to reports in England
Ivan Perisic is already planning for life at Manchester United, according to reports in England.
The Manchester Evening News is reporting that the Croatia international expects to move to Old Trafford before the close of the summer transfer window.
As a result, the 28-year-old is already preparing for the prospect of moving to the Europa League winners despite Manchester United’s failure to agree a transfer fee with Inter Milan so far.
The same article states that Perisic’s camp are confident that both clubs will agree on a price and the experienced winger will become Jose Mourinho’s third signing of the summer transfer window.
Perisic scored 11 times and made eight assists in 36 appearances in Serie A last term in what was his second season since moving to the San Siro outfit from Wolfsburg in 2015.
Manchester United agreed a £75m fee with Premier League rivals Everton to sign Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku at the weekend as Wayne Rooney sealed a return to Goodison Park.
The Red Devils started their spending spree with the £30.75m purchase of Sweden international Victor Lindelof from Portuguese champions Benfica last month.
