In what has been a busy summer since the 2016-17 season ended, Arsenal have signed Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette in a club-record deal and Bosnian defender Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer ahead of the new season.

Premier League champions Chelsea have completed four transfer deals after recruiting Manchester City reserve goalkeeper Willy Caballero, AS Roma’s Antonio Rudiger, Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko and Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.

Liverpool finished in fourth place last season and manager Jurgen Klopp has brought in Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah, Domimic Solanke and Scottish defender Andy Robertson to improve his squad.

Manchester United have spent the biggest transfer fee this summer so far after signing Romelu Lukaku in a £75m deal from Everton following Victor Lindelof’s arrival from Benfica last month.
