The Gunners haven’t won the Premier League title since Henry, Patrick Vieira and Robert Pires helped to fire the north London club to a famous unbeaten campaign.
Wenger signed Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette in a £52m club-record deal and Schalke 04 defender Sead Kolasinac in a free transfer.
Former Arsenal striker Henry doesn’t consider the Gunners to be serious title challengers despite their winning start to the 2017-18 season.
“Arsenal can make top four, I’m not convinced but I think they can,” Henry told Sky Sports.
“The problem in our league is a lot of teams can make top four.”
Arsenal haven’t challenged for the Premier League title over the past five or six seasons as Wenger continued to keep pace with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City.
